1. Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Certain products (e.g., sale items, gift cards, or limited edition collectables) may not be eligible for return.


2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the product is faulty or damaged).


3. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like another item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.


4. Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
