Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the product is faulty or damaged).
3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like another item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
